Refund policy
Due to the nature of our all natural products, we cannot assure the condition of merchandise once it has been shipped. We make every effort to ensure it arrives safely and have insured it during transit; however, unforeseen circumstances can cause our natural products to melt, freeze or break. If this occurs, it would be helpful to receive a picture so we can make a claim and will get replacement product shipped as soon as we can.
It’s important to us that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, please let us know at info@crookedchimneyfarm.com with your order number and we can discuss options for return, replacement or discount.
Refunds, replacements, and/or discounts will be reviewed on a case by case basis.
